Transfer: Former Falconets midfielder joins Spanish club FC Badalona

Spanish Liga F club FC Badalona have completed the signing of former Falconets midfielder, Chinyere Kalu.

Kalu joins FC Badalona from another Spanish club, Levante UD.

The 20-year-old already had Liga F experience following her spell at Real Betis.

The talented midfielder made nine appearances for Real Betis during the 2024-25 season.

Kalu represented Nigeria’s Falconets at the 2022 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup in Costa Rica.

FC Badalona will begin the 2026–27 Liga F campaign with an away fixture against Athletico Bilbao on August 30.
